Registration Counter Operating Hours

Please proceed to the Registration Counter at the Pecatu Lobby, BNDCC 2, to register and collect your meeting name badge.

October 26th, 2025                    08:30 – 11:30

 

 Speakers’ Preview Room

 The Speakers’ Preview Room is at the Mengwi Room 1 of the BNDCC 2. Opening hours are:

 

October 23rd, 2025                     15:00 – 18:00

October 24th & 25th, 2025        08:00 – 18:00

October 26th, 2025                     09:00 – 11:00

 

This is where you will be able to view your PowerPoint presentation (PPT).  Please be ensured that your PPT slides will be deleted after the SEATS 4th Annual Meeting.

 

Your co-operation in submitting your presentation slides will ensure that the AV technician will have sufficient time to upload your presentation at the allocated room.

 

All slides must be in the PowerPoint (PPT) format only, preferably in the landscape 16:9 layout (no PDF files are allowed). Please ensure your presentation is Windows compatible.  PERSONAL LAPTOP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
