Travel Document
Travel documents that you should prepare are as below:

Passport. Valid for at least 6 months.

Visa. Check whether you need a visa or not at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/. For ASEAN citizen, visit https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/web/application_bvk for visa exemption.

Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD). Fill in the ECD form for Indonesia at https://ecd.beacukai.go.id/. It can be filled in 72 hours before your arrival.

SATUSEHAT Health Pass (SSHP) for Entry to Republic of Indonesia. All passengers and aircraft personnel traveling from abroad are required to fill in this health pass at https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/ . By declaring your health condition and travel history, you contribute to safer travel in Indonesia. It can be filled in 72 hours before your arrival.

Bali Tourism Levy. It is a mandatory tourism levy at IDR 150.000,- or equivalent to USD 10.00 for entry Bali. It can be paid online at https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/ before you come or at the airport counter nearby the arrival exit gate.

At the Airport
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, international terminal, should you need a Visa on Arrival (VoA), please go to VoA counter and pay for it at IDR 500.000,-. After that, you can go through the immigration auto gate. Once pass the immigration, then go to the baggage collection. Then prepare your ECD QR Code to pass the custom clearance and apply for Satusehat Health Pass to prevent Mpox disease. Upon the exit gate, please pay the mandatory Bali Tourism Levy if you haven’t paid online.

Transportation
In Bali there are many ways of transportation for you to travel easily from one place to another. You can rent bicycles, motorbikes or cars. you also can take a conventional taxi or online taxi to ojek. From the airport, we recommend to use an online taxi such as Grab or Gojek. You can download the application on the Play Store or App Store.

Local Currency
For transactions, the Balinese people use Rupiah (Rp) as the official currency. The applicable banknotes here start from Rp. 1.000, Rp. 2.000, Rp. 5.000, Rp. 10.000, Rp. 20.000, Rp. 50.000, up to Rp. 100.000 as the largest value. While the value of coins is Rp. 100, Rp. 200, Rp. 500, and Rp. 1.000. At some places, they accept the cashless payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Gopay, Ovo, Dana, and QRIS. ATMs (cash machines) work 24 hours a day.

Internet and Connectivity
In order to keep internet connection running smoothly, you should choose a prepaid local SIM card such as Telkomsel provider. With Rp 100,000 you can get various types of internet quota. So that you can stay online for a month. You can get a SIM card in a local merchant available almost everywhere. Commonly the Wi-Fi connection is only available at hotels, restaurants or large shopping centers. You can also rent a JavaMifi portable modem at the airport.

Language
Balinese people use Bahasa Indonesia and Balinese to communicate each other. The most common foreign language used here is English.

Weather, Season, and Time Zone
Bali has a tropical climate. The weather in Bali tends to be hot and humid all along the year. Temperatures in Bali can reach 30°C. Always prepare umbrella and raincoat because it could be rain anytime since it comes to the rainy season in October. Time in Bali is GMT+8 hours.

Electricity
The electricity plug and socket in Bali, Indonesia is type C and F. This type has two cylindrical connection legs. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Don’t forget to bring a universal plug.

Dress Code
Dress code during this meeting is business attire. Please also bring a thematic dress code for the social program.
