Q: Can I send the abstract without registration?

A: You can send abstracts without registration. Please register as soon as you know that your attendance is definite after receiving the acceptance notification for your abstract. If you do not register by the deadline, your material will be automatically excluded from the final meeting program.

Q: When is the deadline for registration?

A: If you are planning to attend the meeting as a non-presenter participant, there is no deadline for registration. As long as space is available at the meeting, you can register right up until the meeting itself. First come, first serve basis. Discounted rate applied based on the timeline at the Registration page. If you are a presenter participant, please refer the deadline on the Abstract page. If you do not register by the deadline, your material will be automatically excluded from the final meeting program.

Q: Is there any travel arrangement provided for attending this event?

A: Travel arrangement is on your own personal. SEATS 2025 will announce the official hotels accommodation list soon. Room reservation should be made online through website www.seatsbali2025.com to get the special rate. Neither airport transfer nor hotel-venue shuttle is provided. Should you need the invitation letter, please submit your request to secretariat@seatsbali2025.com.
